 - Tips and benefits of communicating more effectively with your customers.

With so many mediums available to engage your customers such as, print, radio, social media, email and text marketing to name a few, it’s more important than ever to maintain a clear and consistent voice when communicating your message. 

Here are some steps you can follow to achieve this:

o  Make your message short, to the point and consistent with your brand.  Consider what your business does best and communicate it in a few words, so that time deprived customers can understand your message quickly.  For example, if you use the freshest ingredients, communicate to your customers that… “Our ingredients are the freshest in town”.

o  Once you have decided what your message is, you can then integrate across the mediums available, such as your website, Facebook page and menu flyer.  This repetition will increase the chances of your message being seen, and increase your credibility through brand recognition.

o  Marketing the one message across various mediums helps establish a competitive advantage because you’ll get your message out to more people more often. 

o  Customers are more likely to repeat purchase when they know your business is in line with what you’re communicating.
